Location: Denver, CO (Fully On-Site, Free Onsite Parking)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $48.00 - $58.00/hour

LHH seeks an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support our client’s Environmental Litigation team in a fast-paced, collaborative role. The position requires strong organizational and critical thinking skills to assist attorneys with state and federal court litigation.
Duties:
- Manage cases from pre-litigation to post-trial motions.
- Handle client communications and document gathering.
- Court filings, discovery tasks, deposition notices, and document management.
- Support attorneys in developing case strategies and managing deadlines.
- Manage electronic information, bates-stamping, scanning, coding, and document review.
- Assist with privilege logs, trial exhibits, and hearings/trials preparation.
- Paralegal certificate or compliance with Bus. & Prof. Code § 6450.
- 7+ years of complex litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred).
- Trial preparation and in-trial support experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and MS Office, and familiarity with E-Discovery tools (PACER, Lexis, Smart Advocate, FileVine, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Initial interview and assessment (30 minutes – attention to detail, Microsoft, logical thinking).
- Partner interview (1.5 hours) – in-person preferred, but evenings/weekends or Zoom optional.
- Candidates without a paralegal certificate/degree will be titled Litigation Specialist (no difference in pay, duties, or benefits).
- Office follows California OT laws and CLE requirements.
Pay Details: $99,840.00 to $120,000.00 per year
