In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting within the oil and gas sector to drive financial excellence and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the revenue accounting process, including revenue recognition, accruals, and reconciliations.
Analyze and interpret complex revenue transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for revenue accounting processes and transactions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue accounting within the oil and gas industry.
Deep understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards specific to the industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
