Senior Revenue Accountant

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Senior Revenue Accountant job in Denver, CO. This is a HYBRID job opportunity where you will be able to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. This company also offers a 9/80 work schedule where you will have every other Friday off.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $100,000 and $140,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Processing revenues and applying severance taxes related to operated and non-operated revenues and preparing related revenue accruals and cash entries
• Preparing monthly revenue and GL journal vouchers
• Preparing monthly revenue accrual
• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax and regulatory reporting and filing
• Coordinating internal audits and working with external auditors
• Reviewing and maintaining contracts
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role revenue accounting required
• Previous experience in the oil & gas industry preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience with Bolo software preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $100,000 and $140,000

• Hybrid work schedule available (Thursdays and Fridays work from home)
