Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading healthcare company to fill their open Sr. Revenue Cycle Specialist job. This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity where you will earn $18.00 and $27.00. You will also be eligible to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below). Depending on our client’s needs and your performance, this could result in a permanent position in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Working through lists of outstanding claim balances and patient accounts
• Identifying trends and performing root cause analysis for unpaid/underpaid claims
• Conducting in-depth research
• Contacting payers over phone, e-mail, payor portals, etc.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Obtaining insurance authorizations or referrals as needed
• Addressing patient denials
• Documenting payer interactions and maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications:

• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Previous experience with healthcare revenue cycle required

Compensation:

• Hourly rate between $18.50 and $27.00
