Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for an experience Executive Support & Office Management professional to enhance the efficiency of an Executive team while managing the office at a brand-new location for an industrial equipment supplier. If you’re interested in the opportunity to build out an office space, this role is for you!

  • Compensation Range: $40.00 – $55.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)

  • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

  • Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm; (Full-Time; Must be Willing to Work After Hours When Needed)

  • Worksite: Hybrid (4 Days On-Site / 1 Day Work-from-Home)

  • Dress Code: Business Professional

  • Report To: Executive Leadership Team; CFO

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting up to 12 Executives with a focus on direct support to 3-4 C-Level professionals – handling calendar management, complex travel arrangements, and correspondence creation.

  • Developing presentation materials (PowerPoints, Memos) for Board Meetings, Town Halls, Executive Conferences; organizing meetings by booking conference rooms, arranging catering, etc.

  • Managing the office by acting as a liaison between leadership and building management, establishing new vendors for IT, office equipment, kitchen equipment, etc.

  • Spearheading the new office build out by partnering with leadership and construction teams to design & execute a vision that takes worker productivity & happiness into account.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in an Office Manager / Executive Assistant role (Ideally having done both positions concurrently for a large organization)

  • Must be a polished, self-sufficient professional with an ability to run projects without direction and can provide value to an Executive Team that has little time to guide the role.

  • Experience with office management (vendor relationships, front & back-office coordination, IT set up, office buildouts) & executive support (calendar management, expense reporting, travel booking)

  • Must be highly proficient with business software & technical systems (Microsoft Office, PowerBI/Tableau, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel – Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups)
