LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a client of ours located in Detroit, MI that is seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Location: Detroit, MI
Position Type: Full-time, 100% onsite with flexibility
Compensation: $55-65K + Bonus Eligible through Profit Sharing
PTO: Four weeks of PTO and nine holidays
401k: 401K matching up to 4%
Healthcare: Healthcare covering 80% of the premium

Office Location: W Adams Ave, Detroit, MI 48226
Parking: Free

Job Description:

We are seeking a flexible and trustworthy Administrative Assistant who is willing to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support four people directly and an office of approximately 20 employees

  • Assist with general administrative tasks for the entire staff

  • Manage calendars

  • Document management

  • Professional correspondence skills

  • Key departments to support: Human Resources, IT, Sales

  • Adapt to various tasks

  • Foster cross-functional relationships

Qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt to various tasks

  • Trustworthy and able to manage different personalities and stressful situations

  • Willingness to grow in the role

  • Professional and polished demeanor

  • Open to years of experience

Growth Path: Flexible role allowing the candidate to develop and take on new responsibilities.

Work Schedule: Flexible start times. 7-4pm or 8-5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
