LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Contract/Temp Attorney to join our team on a remote basis for a confidential client. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional looking to work in a dynamic and flexible environment on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law and be able to provide expert legal advice and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to, corporate law, contract law, employment law, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the client's legal needs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all legal activities.
• Assist in dispute resolution and manage legal claims and litigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Maintain and update legal templates and standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in various areas of law, preferably in a law firm environment.
• Strong understanding of legal principles, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
