• Manage and oversee eDiscovery, including data collection, processing, review, production, etc.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement eDiscovery strategies.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of electronic data to identify relevant information for litigation cases.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the eDiscovery process.
• Provide technical support and training to legal staff on eDiscovery tools and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in eDiscovery and litigation support.
• Certified or expert knowledge in eDiscovery software and litigation tools is required (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, LAW PreDiscovery, DT Search syntax, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access required), Windows, CaseMap, TextMap, TimeMap, Trial Director, TrialPad, video/audio editing software, etc.).
• Strong understanding of legal processes and regulations related to eDiscovery.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
