Job Title: Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing Industry
Location: Metro Detroit, MI

Job Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager in Metro Detroit, MI. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s workforce and culture. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Your strategic vision and leadership will help drive the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Human Resources, minimum 5+ years in leadership.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
