LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Records Management Consultant for a confidential client. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of records and information within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive records management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Oversee the classification, storage, retrieval, and disposal of records.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of records management practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on records management best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate records management systems.
  • Manage electronic records and ensure their security and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain a records retention schedule.
  • Lead projects related to records management and information governance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in records management or a related role.
  • Experience with Iron Mountain Policy Center
  • Strong knowledge of records management principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with electronic records management systems and software.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in records management (e.g., CRM, IGP) is a plus.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $60.00 per hour
