LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Records Management Consultant for a confidential client. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of records and information within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive records management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Oversee the classification, storage, retrieval, and disposal of records.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of records management practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on records management best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate records management systems.
- Manage electronic records and ensure their security and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain a records retention schedule.
- Lead projects related to records management and information governance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in records management or a related role.
- Experience with Iron Mountain Policy Center
- Strong knowledge of records management principles, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with electronic records management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in records management (e.g., CRM, IGP) is a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $60.00 per hour
