As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong relationships. This is a Contract to Hire position located near Downers Grove, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide clear and concise information to resolve issues and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Address order discrepancies and resolve shipping issues.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Assist with upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide product recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Contract to Hire
- Monday-Friday
- Pay is $22-$25 an hour, depending on experience
