LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare company. We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our healthcare company in Doylestown, PA. The ideal candidate will start as soon as possible and will be responsible for managing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, and general ledger activities. This is a fully onsite position with the potential to transition to a permanent role.
Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Doylestown, PA (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
