LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney for a temporary part-time position to start up to 20 hours weekly. This is a fully remote position, but Pennsylvania preferred (occasional office meetings required). The ideal candidate will have experience working with various contracts and be responsible for full cycle contract management including but not limited to (contracts, agreements, NDAs working with start-ups to establish businesses through every state of corporate life cycle, managing employment agreements, lease drafting and handling all aspects of contract review and negotiations). This role offers the flexibility of remote work while delivering challenging, meaningful legal work in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and corporate agreements
Advise clients on business formation, governance, and general corporate matters
Handle company formations and entity structuring across various industries
Support mergers, acquisitions, and business sales
Draft and negotiate employment agreements and related HR documents
Assist with commercial lease reviews and negotiations
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania
5+ years of relevant corporate law experience
Strong understanding of general corporate law, contracts, employment law, and commercial leasing
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
