Job Title: SCL/CSR Manager


Location: Duarte, California


Job Summary: The SCL/CSR Manager will oversee and optimize supply chain logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with corporate social responsibility initiatives. This role is crucial for aligning the company’s operational practices with sustainability goals and ethical standards while maintaining efficiency in the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:


Supply Chain Logistics:



  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Manage and optimize logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.


  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.


  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.


  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and logistics providers to secure favorable terms.


  • Oversee the resolution of supply chain disruptions and issues.


Corporate Social Responsibility:



  • Develop and execute CSR programs that align with the company’s values and business objectives.


  • Monitor and report on the company’s CSR performance and impact.


  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.


  • Promote sustainability initiatives and green practices within the supply chain.


  • Engage with stakeholders, including community organizations, to support CSR goals.


  • Facilitate employee involvement in CSR activities and programs.


Leadership and Collaboration:



  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and CSR professionals.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and marketing, to ensure alignment with supply chain and CSR objectives.


  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to supply chain management and CSR.


  • Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events related to supply chain and CSR.


Qualifications:


Education:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.


Experience:



  • [5-7] years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in developing and managing CSR programs or sustainability initiatives.


  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and procurement.


  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.


Skills:



  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.


  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards related to supply chain and CSR.
