Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent accounts receivable/commercial collections experience
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Superior customer service skills
• Job stability is required!
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Payment negotiation
• Research and resolution of account discrepancies
• Credit holds/releases
• Reconciliations
• Research of missing and/or unapplied payments
• Credit extension
