Requirements:

• 1-2 years of recent commercial collections experience
• Client/vendor conversations regarding past due accounts
• Excel to include vlookup/pivot tables
• Excellent verbal and written communications

Responsibilities:

• Commercial (B2B) and AR experience with an emphasis on collections activities, phone and
• Majority of role is collections!
• Cash applications
• Resolution of payment discrepancies
• Payment negotiations
• Excel: pivot tables and vlookups
