We’re seeking a forward-thinking and resourceful HR Business Partner to join our clients team in Duluth, GA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—balancing people-first leadership with data-informed decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategies, drive engagement, and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions.
Core Responsibilities:
1. People Operations & Compliance
Administer and optimize employee benefits programs, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and alignment to policy.
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation processes.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and internal HR regulations.
2. HR Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and interpret key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, compensation trends).
Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to leadership.
Support strategic planning with workforce analytics and forecasting.
3. Talent Strategy & Organizational Development
Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and workforce gaps.
Design and implement initiatives to improve retention, development, and performance.
Lead efforts in succession planning and career pathing.
4. Policy & Program Leadership
Align HR programs with evolving business goals.
Contribute to the development and rollout of policies around compensation, development, and performance.
Support change management efforts and organizational initiatives.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build HR capability across teams.
Champion a culture of inclusion, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in HRBP, HR generalist, or HR management roles.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using HRIS, Excel, or BI tools.
Proven ability to influence through data and build strong cross-functional relationships.
Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational behavior.
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to workforce planning, compensation modeling, or engagement strategy.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
Experience supporting multi-site or matrixed organizations.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
