Job Title: HR Generalist Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: $63,000 - $80,000 Location: In Office – Duluth, GA
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team as an HR Generalist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in various HR functions including HRIS management, performance evaluation, employee services, compensation/budget management, and data analysis. Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding Process:
Supervise the onboarding process for new hires.
Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews.
Provide training to employees on corporate policies, procedures, and best practices.
Policy Implementation:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and company guidelines.
Ensure adherence to standards and regulations established by governing authorities.
Document Management:
Maintain both physical and digital employee records.
Recruitment:
Coordinate with external recruiters to schedule virtual and onsite interviews for qualified candidates.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate new hire start dates.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with managers to offer guidance on employee performance issues, immigration matters, and employee relations.
Performance Evaluation:
Oversee employee performance reviews and goals within HRIS.
Develop and conduct training sessions as needed.
Salary and Budget Administration:
Assist in the creation and management of compensation spreadsheets and/or budgeting data.
Prepare comprehensive data summaries, including reports and commentary, for senior leadership.
Conduct research and analyze data on compensation trends, market benchmarks, and industry standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient knowledge of HR laws, policies, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Document management proficiency.
Ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
Intermediate level proficiency in Excel.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred 2-5 years of prior experience in an HR role.
