LHH is seeking an Human Resources Analyst/Generalist for an amazing corporation in Duluth, GA. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical HR professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations. If you're passionate about using data to drive decisions and enjoy building strong partnerships across the business, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
HR Operations & Support
Manage core HR functions including benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR processes.
Data-Driven Insights
Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, compensation) to uncover trends and opportunities.
Present actionable insights to leadership to inform workforce strategies.
Strategic Talent Solutions
Collaborate with leaders to address workforce challenges and improve retention.
Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and close talent gaps.
Forecast workforce needs and recommend proactive strategies.
Program Development
Support initiatives in compensation, career development, and succession planning.
Align HR programs with business goals and evolving organizational needs.
Business Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
Facilitate training sessions to build data literacy and support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
Proven experience in HR generalist, HRBP, or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS, Excel, or data visualization tools.
Deep understanding of HR practices and employment law.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in workforce planning, compensation analysis, or engagement programs.
Familiarity with HR analytics platforms.
