Customer Service & Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Entry Clerk to join one of our manufacturing clients in Duluth. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, maintaining data integrity, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s order management system.

  • Review and verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information.

  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all transactions.

  • Generate and distribute order confirmations and reports as needed.

  • Assist with inventory tracking and control activities.

  • Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone and email.

  • Support administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support.

  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP/order management systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
