LHH is seeking a skilled and organized Recruiter to join a reputable Manufacturing Company in Duluth, GA. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a keen eye for talent, and are adept at managing multiple priorities, this role is for you!
Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts and supporting the growth of the organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing top candidates, collaborating with HR and hiring managers, and participating in recruitment events.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job advertisements internally and externally to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Review incoming resumes and assess recruitment needs, targeting specific candidate profiles.
Maintain and update a database of open positions across multiple departments.
Manage a high volume of job requisitions (30-45) concurrently.
Represent the company at recruitment events, and build strong relationships with educational institutions and training providers.
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to fully understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews, including occasional weekend availability.
Provide recommendations to hiring managers and coordinate interviews with internal and external applicants.
Extend contingent job offers to selected candidates.
Ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols and company policies.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the organization’s recruiting efforts.
Travel Requirements:
Domestic and international travel up to 20%, with increased travel expected during new site launches and recruitment events at various hubs across the country.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (required).
2-3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in fields such as Accounting, HR, Engineering, etc.
Comfortable with moderate travel requirements.
Familiarity with SuccessFactors and other ATS platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Job Type:
Fully remote position with one month of onsite training required.
