LHH is actively searching for a Sr AR/Billing Accountant to join the team of a growing retailer/distributor in the Gwinnett County vicinity! Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (Accounting or Finance)
• 4+ years of recent commercial AR/Billing expertise
• Excel proficiency to include vlookup, pivot tables, sumif and Netsuite or SAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Strong attention to detail
• Multi-unit billing and accounts receivable
• Provide customers with a custom detail of their billing information
• Create specialized invoices
• Reconciliations
• Resolution of escalated account discrepancies
• Process credit card payments/adjustments
• General ledger and journal entries
• Process improvements as needed
