LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Temporary Contracts Counsel to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial contracts and some corporate governance/in-house generalist experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements including NDAs, independent contractor agreements, government contracts, software and hardware contracts, and master distributor agreements.
Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance matters.
Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney in any state.
At least 4 years of in-house commercial contracts experience.
Experience in corporate governance and generalist in-house legal matters.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must reside in North Carolina
