Position Overview:
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Master Scheduler/Production Controller to manage and coordinate the production scheduling process. This role serves as the main point of contact for sales and customer service regarding order statuses for new equipment and spare parts. The Master Scheduler/Production Controller will establish and communicate production lead times, oversee the release and follow-up of work orders, and ensure accuracy in ERP system production routings and capacity models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide estimated delivery dates for new equipment inquiries and proactively communicate any potential or actual delays to the sales team.
- Develop and maintain a master production schedule, taking into account customer requirements, order scope, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and lead times.
- Plan, release, and expedite production orders to meet delivery schedules while considering factory workload and component availability.
- Maintain accurate production routings to ensure proper work center load and production cost reflection.
- Collaborate with the ERP team to address production needs and system updates.
- Serve as a backup for team members within the same function when necessary.
- Issue revised work orders as needed to accommodate changes in production requirements.
- Adhere to and promote safety protocols and procedures within the facility.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- APICS CPIM certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform standard office tasks, including prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
