Now Hiring: Accounts Receivable Analyst – East Cleveland (Onsite | 5-Month Contract)

A dynamic organization in East Cleveland is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team on a 5-month fully onsite contract. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and reconcile customer accounts with accuracy and timeliness

• Process incoming payments and apply them to appropriate accounts

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure account accuracy

• Generate aging reports and assist with month-end closing activities

• Maintain detailed records of all AR transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles

• Strong research and resolution skills to handle complex account issues

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients

• Availability to start immediately and work onsite in East Cleveland
