LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Procurement Clerk for a client of ours in the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring quality and delivery deadlines.

  • Create and manage accurate purchase orders.

  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics teams.

  • Provide end-user support for the P2P system.

  • Strengthen vendor relationships.

  • Contribute to data quality improvements in the P2P system.

  • Engage management early when end-user performance issues arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management

  • Proficiency in procure-to-pay processes and P2P/ERP systems

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Collaborative and adaptable with strong communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively

  • Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer service-oriented mindset

Pay: $35 – 36/hr.

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule: Fully in office for training; hybrid with 2 days remote after

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

Job Type: Contract – 12 months
