LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company in East Falls, PA is seeking a Temporary Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is fully onsite and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Job Title: Temporary Senior Accountant
Location: East Falls, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Duration: Temporary
Hourly Pay: $38 - $43/hr.
Language: Bilingual (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
