We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to own and manage the full-cycle accounts payable process. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident in maintaining accuracy and efficiency across high-volume AP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor account reconciliation.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

  • Perform 2- and 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.

  • Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies, billing issues, and vendor inquiries.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.

  • Maintain AP records and ensure proper documentation for audits.

  • Assist with implementing and refining AP procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Generate AP reports and support ad hoc financial analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (Associate degree with relevant experience considered).

  • 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of AP principles and general accounting practices.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.



Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
