Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
Travel: 25% required
Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager on behalf of our client for a direct hire role. This position involves leading the recruitment efforts for high-volume non-exempt roles, particularly in the real estate/property management sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative sourcing solutions and a proven track record in various recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring effective and efficient hiring processes.
Develop and implement creative sourcing solutions, including job fairs, open interviews, referral programs, and industry events.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume non-exempt roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Maintain strong professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Travel up to 25% for recruitment events and meetings.
Key Attributes:
Strong professional communication skills.
Proven track record in creative sourcing solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience.
Minimum 2+ years of experience leading a team.
Experience in real estate/property management or similar high-volume non-exempt roles.
Proficiency in various recruitment strategies and tools.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
