Job Title: Clerical Assistant Location: Northern Kentucky Pay Rate: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour Job Type: Full-time, 100% Onsite


About the Role:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant for our client in Northern Kentucky. This is a fully onsite role, perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in clerical work.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.


  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic records.


  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.


  • Prepare and distribute communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.


  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years of clerical experience.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
