Job Summary:


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client for a full-time position in Edgewood, KY. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.


  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions, concerns, and issues.


  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.


  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.


  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.


  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.


  • Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate issues when necessary.


  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.


Qualifications:



  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.


  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
