About the Role: LHH is seeking a skilled Electrical Designer to join our Hardware Engineering team. This role involves providing design and document support for the development of Battery Storage Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare site plans, electrical diagrams, and detailed drawings using CAD/MicroStation/SolidWorks Draft Sight in 2D and 3D.

  • Generate point maps for hardwired and digital I/O for control systems.

  • Develop single line diagrams, layouts, and schematics.

  • Create spatial layouts using map importing of KMZ and SHP files.

  • Establish and maintain company standards for drafting.

  • Manage project-specific BOMs in collaboration with the Manufacturing team.

  • Oversee the internal lessons learned database.

  • Support the generation of drawings for RFIs and RFPs.

  • Review and analyze documents for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Work independently with minimal guidance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in CAD (2D & 3D).

  • Familiarity with US Industry Standards (ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, NEC, UL).

  • Experience in Electrical Design for Constructability.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

  • Occasional travel within North America (less than 10%).

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with some physical requirements.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Hourly pay rate of up to $38.00 per hour.

  • Yearly pay raises based on performance.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
