LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Admin near Edison, NJ. This position is a Contract (Temp) and hybrid. The anticipated pay range is between $27to $35/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
- Update employee files with new hire information as well as compensation and status changes
- Prepare and submit weekly and biweekly payroll
- Will process time off requests
- Provide trainings to managers
- Responsible for working on open enrollment benefit packages
- Answer and offer support to employees regarding benefits
- Coordinates tracking annual reviews, ensure that performance management and rewards systems drive and reinforce a culture of high performance, valuing people, teamwork, accountability, and innovation
- Make HR recommendations to add improvement
- Will also conduct employment verifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources
5-7 years in HR
Proficiency in MS Office Suites is a must
ADP is a plus
Experience supporting an HR department in an administrative capacity required, with exposure to benefits and performance management
Must understand employee benefits, disability claims process, deductibles, and other benefit terms
Employment type: Contract (Temp) hybrid schedule
Salary: The anticipated pay rate would be between $27-$35/hr.
