LHH is partnering with a growing financial services organizations to add an Accounting Manager to their team. This role will over see a group of bookkeepers and staff, manage training and review of financial statements, ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports, and serve as contact for complex accounting issues. This candidate will work with the partners in evaluating successful team metrics and performance, grow client base, and provide training to accounting team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting

• Experience in public accounting in some capacity (tax, accounting, manager)

• Strong knowledge of accounting principals and GAAP

• 2 or more years of leadership/managerial roles

• CPA or CPA eligible strongly preferred
