LHH is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join a dynamic and high-quality firm in Edmond, OK. This role will be responsible for providing in-depth tax planning and advice to a wide range of clients, particularly business owners and high-net-worth individuals. This position will involve the preparation and review of complex tax returns, along with strategic planning tailored to the clients' specific needs. The anticipated salary for this direct hire role is between $95,000 and $100,000 yearly.

Responsibilities:

· Preparation and review of 40-50 complex tax returns annually

· Provide expert tax planning and advisory services for business owners and high-net-worth individuals

· Focus on clients within the medical, real estate, and construction sectors

· Collaborate with clients and other team members to develop tax strategies and solutions

· Stay up-to-date with tax law changes and apply knowledge to client strategies

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tax professionals

Qualifications:

· CPA or CPA eligible required

· At least 3 years of experience in tax, including experience with complex individual and business returns

· In-depth knowledge of tax laws, particularly in the medical, real estate, and construction industries

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently

· Strong attention to detail and high-quality work ethic
