LHH is looking to fill a Direct Hire Staff Accountant Job in El Cajon, CA. My Client has been extremely busy and needs someone with at least two years of strong full cycle accounting experience to join their very tenured team. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT JOB

· Ensure General Ledger accuracy and completeness for month-end close

· Record bank reconciliations and prepare cash and checks for deposit with the bank

· Track fixed assets and related depreciation schedules

· Prepare and provide annual budgets and related variance analysis

· Assist with quarterly and annual audits, collaborating directly with external auditors

· Assist in process improvements and creation of SOPs as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of two full years of full-cycle general ledger experience

· Experience with large ERP programs – MS Dynamics is a plus!

· Strong Excel experience highly preferred

· Strong attention to detail and work ethic
