✨ Job Description ✨

About the Role:

If you're passionate about helping people and love keeping things organized, we want YOU to be the welcoming face (and voice) of the company! As our Intake Coordinator, you’ll be the first connection for patients and referral partners — setting the tone for a smooth, supportive, and positive experience. You'll work hand-in-hand with our rockstar sales and pharmacy teams to get patients started with the care they need, fast and stress-free.

What You'll Be Doing:

🌟 Receive and process patient referrals like a pro — making sure everything is neat, complete, and ready to roll.

🌟 Gather important patient info and create their profiles with accuracy and care.

🌟 Verify insurance coverage and secure authorizations — you're basically a healthcare superhero!

🌟 Keep our systems updated and organized with all patient, insurance, and authorization details.

🌟 Stay in the loop with pharmacy and sales teams to keep everything moving smoothly.

🌟 Communicate insurance coverage and costs clearly to patients and caregivers (with plenty of compassion!).

🌟 Protect patient confidentiality like it’s Fort Knox.

🌟 Keep the positive vibes going — for patients, referral sources, and your teammates!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s Degree or some college is a big plus!)

✅ 2+ years of experience working with patient referrals or healthcare intake

✅ Comfortable working with all kinds of insurance — Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans

✅ Skilled in insurance verification and authorization processes

✅ Great with words — strong verbal and written communication

✅ A calm, can-do attitude and a genuine love for helping others

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

💙 You'll make a real difference every single day

💙 You'll join a team that feels more like family

💙 You'll grow your career in a supportive, patient-focused company

💙 You'll be part of a place that cares — about patients and about YOU
