LHH, in partnership with a leading company in El Segundo, CA, is seeking an immediate hire for a HelpDesk Technician role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic IT team on a temporary basis, with the potential for long-term employment.

About the Role: We are urgently looking for a skilled HelpDesk Technician to support our client's IT operations. This role is vital to maintaining seamless technical support for the company's staff, especially during a period of increased demand.
Position: HelpDesk Technician
Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid: Monday & Friday WFH, Tuesday to Thursday in-office)
Duration: 4-week term (with potential for extension or conversion to permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in a 90% Mac environment.

  • Utilize JAMF for efficient device management.

  • Support Microsoft Office, Office365, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

  • Perform general desktop support and helpdesk tasks, focusing on Tier 1 support.

Team Structure:

  • Join a dedicated team consisting of one help desk technician, one system administrator, and the IT Director.

  • Support approximately 250 users within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Mac systems.

  • Proficiency with JAMF, Microsoft Office, Office365, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Preferred but not required: A+ or Apple certification.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid work model: Work from home on Monday and Friday; in-office presence required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
