LHH is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic company. This position is responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery, enhancing efficiency, and supporting safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $28-$38 an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lubricate and repair machinery

  • Perform basic plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs

  • Utilize basic math and problem-solving skills

  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts

  • Assist in documenting procedures

  • Operate forklifts

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 1-2+ years of maintenance experience in industrial settings

  • Welding, torching, power tool, and platform lift experience

  • 1-2 years of 120v electrical experience

  • Ability to follow written instructions and apply shop math

  • Basic computer skills

  • Use practical judgment to follow instructions provided in written, verbal, or diagram form

  • Solve problems that involve variables in predictable and structured scenarios

Physical Demands:

  • Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs constantly.
