The HR Director oversees recruitment, training, promotions, employee welfare, and employer/employee relations. This role involves interviewing candidates, resolving grievances, managing employee services, and advising the executive team on personnel matters. The Director also conducts salary reviews, supports in-service education, and maintains communication with staff to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure applicant files are updated and compliant.
Promote employee morale programs with executive approval.
Conduct annual salary and wage comparisons.
Undertake special studies as requested.
Engage with staff to maintain morale and a professional atmosphere.
Assist in defining hospital objectives and productivity standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of healthcare experience in an acute care setting.
Knowledge of hospital functions, personnel practices, and job analysis.
Familiarity with labor laws, wage regulations, and ERISA guidelines.
Experience with Joint Commission, HFAP, and union relations preferred.

Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year
