LHH is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our clients to help them grow by connecting with customers, qualifying leads, and supporting our engineering and sales teams.

? What You’ll Do:
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital tools.
  • Qualify and manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and e-commerce
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide quotes, upsell/cross-sell, and manage customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently
  • Support large accounts and assist with e-commerce orders

? What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience in manufacturing
  • Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills
  • CRM experience
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and great at multitasking

Additional Information:
  • Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 dependent on experience.
  • 2 weeks paid Vacation Time
  • 6 days paid PTO (Paid Time Off)
  • 9 days paid Holidays
  • Retirement planning (401k and Roth 401k options)


Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
