LHH Recruitment Solutions in Chicago is working with a B2B manufacturer in the Chicago suburbs who is looking to hire a tech savvy HubSpot administrator.
In this role you’ll manage the HubSpot system, work with marketing and sales to maximize and train in how to use the tool for enhanced use.
This role will work in office 5 days/week located near O’Hare suburbs (not accessible via public transport).
Qualifications:
· Proficiency or certification in HubSpot or similar CRM.
· Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Experience training end users in CRM use and maximization.

Responsibilities:
· Design and delivery of CRM initiatives.
· Collaborate across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Develop policies, standards, and best practices for the HubSpot program.
· Configure and customize the CRM to meet and support business processes and enhance user productivity.
· Provide training and support to end users for successful utilization of HubSpot.
· Be the primary point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
· Manage user access within HubSpot to ensure data integrity.
· Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
· Stay updated on HubSpot latest features and updates.
· Main client profiles to support sales team data analysis.
· Prepare detailed reports, respond promptly to inquiries, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
· Mange the portal utilization and administration of HubSpot.
· Work with Sales and Marketing departments to ensure sufficient management of data within the system, troubleshoot issues, maintain and analyze backups, and support end users.
· New user setup, user deactivation, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
