LHH is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our client's team. This role is essential to our mission and values, providing exceptional service to our clients. The Account Manager will handle customer interactions, maintain client records, and support agency initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls and emails.
• Monitor renewals and expirations.
• Set up renewals and maintain task lists.
• Manage ACH and credit card tasks, process cancellations, and keep files organized.
• Process finance agreements.
Qualifications:
• Licensed in Property Casualty Insurance license.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines experience in an Account Manager role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and strong aptitude in computer software.
• 1-2 years of Applied Epic experience required.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
