Accounts Payable Specialist
LHH is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract opportunity with a great company in Emeryville, CA.
Responsibilities:
  • Daily processing of Accounts Payable, specifically high volume of invoices.
  • Data entry and coding.
  • Filing of financial documents.
  • Assisting with month-end close activities.
  • Supporting other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years minimum experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Strong typing and data entry abilities.
Compensation:
  • $25-29/hr.
