Licensing Specialist (Temporary)
Pay Rate: $21 to $23/hour
Location: Emeryville, CA (fully onsite)
Assignment Length: 4 weeks or more
Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensing Specialist to assist with applying for various business licenses, with a primary focus on alcohol licenses. The ideal candidate will have experience in licensing and regulatory processes, particularly in the alcohol industry. However, we are open to candidates with strong administrative skills who are eager to learn and support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the application process for business and alcohol licenses.
Research and gather necessary documentation for licensing applications.
Coordinate with local and state agencies to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Track the progress of applications and follow up as needed to ensure timely approvals.
Maintain accurate records of all licensing activities and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Experience in business or alcohol licensing is a plus, but not required.
Strong administrative skills, including organization, attention to detail, and communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Must be available to work in-office regularly at our Emeryville, CA headquarters.
