Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7 or 8 am start till 6 pm
Pay: $80-$100k annually

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the CEO’s professional and personal calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling.
Coordinate logistics and communication with all stakeholders for both onsite and offsite executive meetings.
Prepare the CEO for upcoming meetings and assist with follow-up tasks.
Organize and update the CEO’s to-do list on a daily and weekly basis.
Screen and manage all communications coming in and out of the CEO’s office.
Handle tight deadlines and maintain clear communication with high-level clients.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries for business trips.
Prepare and manage expense reports and recurring company expenses as directed by the CEO.
Assist with a range of professional and personal tasks, including client gifts and venue selection for meetings.
Ensure documents and financial totals are accurate and up-to-date.
Proactively plan and anticipate the CEO’s needs to streamline operations.
Optimize the CEO’s time by handling tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
Oversee and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Maintain common areas, including office decor and plant care.
Coordinate food service requests for meetings and events.
Handle building maintenance requests and liaise with vendors for resolutions.
Professionally greet guests and manage parking access.
Receive, process, and ship packages as needed.
Manage office access permissions and oversee desk-booking software.
Plan, organize, and execute logistics for company-wide events, including Mission, Town Hall, Anniversary, Holiday, team-building activities, birthdays, and office celebrations.
Requirements:
5 plus years experience supporting C-level Suite
Google Suite
Great communication and writing skills
