Summary

LHH is working with a manufacturing client in Englewood, CO to find an Accounting Manager for their team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience. This role requires a strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Compensation

The annual salary range is $90,000-$105,000k depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive programs, including medical, dental, vision, and a variety of health and wellness plans.

Location

This is an ONSITE role in an corporate office in Englewood, CO.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting associates, including training, coaching, and problem resolution

• Perform complex accounting reconciliation and analyses

• Direct activities of teams responsible for general ledger accounting, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets and related capital expenditure accounting

• Supervise and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close

• Maintain integrity for the general ledger

• Prepare ad hoc reports and conduct analyses

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred

• MBA or CPA preferred

• Proven experience in supervising accounting teams in a high-volume transaction environment

• Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• SAP and Netsuite experience preferred
