LHH is seeking an Admissions Specialist in the Englewood, CO area.

Training Details:

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM MST (1-hour lunch from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Format: Fully remote, except for the first day in-office

Post-Training Schedule:

Earliest shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (M–F)

Latest shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (M–F)

Job Summary:

Provide contact center support via phone, email, fax, and web to coordinate dialysis placement requests. This role involves using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional service to patients and healthcare partners. The position also supports emergency response efforts and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound communications regarding treatment placements

· Coordinate with hospitals and field teams to complete placement requests

· Maintain accurate data entry and documentation

· Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals

· Meet performance and quality standards

· Support emergency outreach and placement coordination

· Contribute to CRM knowledge base and process improvements

· Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal policies

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 6 months of related experience

· Typing speed: 25–40 keystrokes per minute

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

· Empathy and professionalism under pressure

· Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
