Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist
Location: Englewood, CO (100% On-Site)
Pay: $25–$30/hour

LHH is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in Englewood, CO, to hire an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with strong AP/AR and inventory management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Generate and process invoices, credit memos, and customer payments

• Monitor and maintain inventory records, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with production and purchasing teams

• Assist with month-end close and general ledger reconciliation related to AR/AP and inventory

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in AP, AR, and inventory management

• QuickBooks Online experience is required

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting strongly preferred

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
