Bookkeeper
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Bookkeeper job in Englewood, CO. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $60,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on your level of previous experience. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable and managing vendor inquiries
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Auditing and processing expense reports
- Maintaining 1099 compliance
- Running reports: census reports, state annual reports, sales and use tax reports, etc.
- Assisting with worker’s compensation
- Tracking and tagging new fixed assets
- Maintaining SOX compliance
- Assisting with new employee onboarding for payroll
- All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with NetSuite software strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills
Compensation:
- Annual salary between $60,000 and $65,000
- Stock options
